Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

We will not tolerate members who use the forum to abuse, intimidate or are generally unpleasant to other members. Members who break these rules will be removed from the site.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

Advertising on The Whippet Forum

Auction and Bring and Buy Sale
Members advertising goods in this section agree to donate a minimum of 5% of the sale price to the Tilly Memorial Rescue Fund
Please give a date and time indicating when the auction will end
Any goods advertised on this auction must be solely advertised here

Commercial Advertising
Commercial advertising is free for existing forum members, you will be allowed to have a free add in the ads section which will be then pinned. also members can have a banner placed in the forum shop if you have a website.
This facility is only for members who are an idividual and not a commercial company. If you are a commercail company and wish to have a banner on the main website page(index page) then please contact the forum for our price list on company comercial advertising.

THE WHIPPET FORUM PRIVACY POLICY

The Whippet Forum will not pass on any information, text or images to any third parties without the permission of the author being given first. All media submitted by The Whippet Forum Members to The Whippet Forum will be for the sole use of this site.

Any person found to be copying material from The Whippet Forum without the consent from the The Whippet Forum or owner of the material, is in breach of copyright laws and as such can expect legal proceedings to be taken against them, and may also have police involvement depending on what the material is going to be used for.

Accounts may only be used by people who actually registerd the account, anyone found to be allowing other people to use there accounts to gain access to the forum, may have there account suspended or they may even be removed from the forum.

The information given when first registering on the forum will not be passed to any third parties for use in spamming or any other activities, however it is up the user to ensure that private details are not posted on the forum and The Whippet Forum will not be held responsible for the consequences of these actions.


The Whippet Forum asks all members who use this site to respect other members privacy by not posting details of other members names, address’s and telephone numbers, please use the private message system that is available within your control panel of the forum.

The Whippet Forum also asks its members to respect the privacy of the sites admin and not to pass these details on, the contact details are for the sole use of this site.

In order to post a thread requesting sponsorship or donations, the poster must be a contributing member, and their request must be presented to the mod/admin team before posting and approval will be at admin/mod discretion. Where permission is not sought beforehand, the thread will be removed.

Anyone found to in breach of the above terms may be ejected from the site


Any person who has not at least made an introduction post within 1 month of joining will have their account deleted
